The Challenge

The client had recently launched its services and had almost non-existent organic footprint.

Despite having a promising AI product, the company lacked search visibility, authority, and discoverability across both traditional search engines and emerging AI answer systems.

At the start of the engagement in February 2026, performance metrics were minimal:

  • 13 total ranking keywords
  • Only 1 keyword in positions 4–10
  • 2 keywords in positions 11–20
  • Majority of keywords (10) stuck in positions 51–100
