About the SAP Partner

The SAP Partner delivers SAP Managed Services infrastructure, security, networking, applications, and cloud alongside Digital Services in custom development and analytics, including its proprietary in-house software solutions.

To grow enterprise demand across the US and APAC, the SAP Partner partnered with Koda to strengthen brand awareness, build a strategic digital presence, and establish a consistent, full-funnel pipeline.

The Challenge

The SAP Partner has the credentials and the delivery capability. What it did not have was a system that turned either into predictable enterprise demand. Three problems compounded each other.

1

Limited brand visibility

As a certified SAP partner, the SAP Partner's recognition among enterprise decision-makers remained low across its target markets, limiting inbound demand.

2

Disjointed digital presence

The website lacked in-depth, strategic service content, making it hard to communicate the full value proposition across each stage of the buyer journey.

3

Inconsistent lead flow

Earlier efforts leaned on cold outreach without a full-funnel system, producing unpredictable, hard-to-scale results.

The Question
How do you turn SAP partner credentials into consistent enterprise demand?

The Solution

Crafting an integrated digital strategy.

To replace fragmented, outreach-led activity, Koda built a single integrated program across paid, owned, and earned media unifying messaging and guiding buyers through every stage of the funnel (TOFU–MOFU–BOFU).

Rather than running channels as separate campaigns, each channel was assigned a role in the same buyer journey: build awareness, earn credibility, and convert intent. The same messaging carried through search, social, email and events, so a decision-maker encountering the SAP Partner in three places encountered one story.

The Approach

1Content & Thought Leadership

Executive LinkedIn content, trend and how-to blogs, and vertical thought-leadership to build authority across SAP and digital services.

2SEO & AI-SEO

Optimized service and pillar pages, keyword and geo strategy, and content structured to rank across search and AI answer engines.

3Paid Media (Google & LinkedIn)

Full-funnel Demand Gen, Search, and PMax campaigns plus LinkedIn, moving audiences from awareness to consideration to conversion.

4Email & ABM

Segmented, role-based nurture for CIO, CFO, and IT leaders, plus C-suite ABM. SAP S/4HANA and transformation topics drove the strongest engagement.

5Webinars & Events

Presence activated at flagship SAP ecosystem events and regional SAP summits LinkedIn campaigns were run for key SAP events, including ASUG, SAP Sapphire, and SAP S/4HANA. Our role covered strategy, ad copy and creative development, campaign management, and reporting.

6Strategic PR & Awards

Whitepapers, press placements, and award nominations to build third-party credibility and referral authority.

Strategic Victories

Engaged audience growth

LinkedIn following and engagement grew sharply, outpacing competitors by a wide margin.

Stronger organic visibility

Website traffic and organic search rose substantially year over year as service content and SEO matured.

Multi-channel demand

High-deliverability email reached tens of thousands of enterprise contacts, with early traction building in AI search.

Business Impact

The growth did not come from one channel outperforming. It came from six channels carrying the same message and reinforcing each other.

From cold outreach to a compounding demand engine.

Organic search traffic rose 49.05% while total website traffic rose 78.9%, which means paid, social and PR were feeding branded and direct discovery rather than substituting for it. LinkedIn engagement running at 263% of competitor levels shows the thought-leadership content was reaching the audience it was written for, not just being published.

Email reached 62K+ enterprise contacts at 96.62% delivery, giving the SAP Partner a list asset it did not previously have. Combined with early visibility in AI answer engines, the SAP Partner now has multiple discovery paths into the same buyer instead of a single outbound one.

In the Client's Words

"Koda brought our different marketing activities together into one integrated approach, which has clearly improved our brand visibility across the US and APAC. They took the time to understand SAP and our buyers instead of applying a standard approach. This has given us a strong foundation to build on."

The SAP Partner

Conclusion

For SAP partners, technical credentials rarely generate demand on their own. Enterprise buyers have to encounter the partner repeatedly, in the places they already research, before credentials mean anything.

By replacing outreach-led activity with one integrated program spanning content, SEO and AI-SEO, paid media, email and ABM, events, and PR, Koda gave the SAP Partner a demand engine where every channel compounds the others. The result is a pipeline that scales with the program rather than with outbound volume.
